LMB’s Board of Directors sets the League’s philosophy and direction. Directors serve on a voluntary basis, and form a vital part of the LMB team. Members elect each director to a three-year term. A director can serve up to three terms in a row.
Each year, the Board elects four officers from among its members: a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Together, these four make up the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee acts on the Board’s behalf between regular meetings.
