2023 Spring Skills Clinic will cover basics and advanced cycling skills.
Both Days Arrive by 8:30AM Clinic 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

• Cornering Techniques
• Steering (Turning)  vs Cornering
• Group Cornering
• Group Riding
• Group Paceline Riding
• Drafting in Pack
• Riding a Line
• Cadence
• Hill Climbing
• Riding A Wheel in Group
• Taking A Pull at the Front
• Group Ride Safety Do’s and Don’ts

Other riding skills and techniques may be added during the clinic. Basic Bike Repair Flats, Mechanicals and Maintenance will be discussed.

Trek Stores will provide a maintenance and repair event the Friday before the Clinic that is available to all registered Skills Clinic Participants at one of their stores.  Details of Trek Store Clinic will be sent One Week before the Skills Clinic.
