NorthWest Tour – sponsored by Tri-County Bicycle Association

Join the fun riding in the beautiful area of Traverse City, Leelanau Peninsula, Elk Rapids, Suttons Bay, and surrounding areas and lakes. The tour features great scenery on good roads through many small towns and tourist areas, all from the convenience of a single camping location.

Routes take us through north western Michigan’s small villages and towns. Each day offers a short or long route supported by SAG drivers. Cross, fat, or mountain bikes as there are lots of opportunities for off road riding. Each days route begins and ends at the campground. Drive to a starting location and ride any area you choose.First and last days are shorter to allow for travel time.

This is primarily a tent camping event. Set up once and enjoy the ride. Campsites are in a wooded area with clean restrooms and showers. Each site has water and electric.

Included in the basic fee are tent camping facilities, route maps, SAGs, catered meals and mechanic services. Breakfast and dinner Thursday – Saturday and breakfast Sunday; group campfires with S’mores and munchies on some evenings.
