$1 Per Rider Program

Each year, numerous events pledge to donate $1 to the LMB for every participating rider. These generous contributions provide essential funding for LMB's mission of promoting bicycling and safety of bicyclists on the roadways in Michigan. These dollars add up quickly, providing LMB with much needed funds that help with our education and advocacy efforts. By choosing to participate in $1 Per Rider events, you will enjoy a great ride, support local groups, see the beautiful state of Michigan and support LMB all at the same time.

For event organizers, our $1 Per Rider program is a simple and convenient way for your organization to play an active role in shaping a more bicycle friendly Michigan. In addition to the enhanced exposure we give $1 Per Rider events in our print Ride Calendar, website and monthly E-news, we also offer free website banner advertisements for all $1 Per Rider events. $1 Per Rider event promoters can also visit our $1 Per Rider promoters page to download graphics for your website to help promote your involvement in the program.
